FRELIR DESIGN. — RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Every FRELIR piece is made to order. We stand behind the quality of every item we produce.

RETURNS We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached.

HOW TO RETURN Email support@frelir.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide return instructions within 48 hours.

REFUNDS Once your return is received and inspected, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

EXCHANGES We do not offer direct exchanges. Return your item and place a new order.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS — Final sale items — Items showing signs of wear or washing — Items returned after 30 days
