FRELIR DESIGN. — SHIPPING POLICY

Every FRELIR piece is made to order. We do not hold excess inventory — each item is crafted specifically for you after your order is placed.

PRODUCTION TIME All orders require 5–7 business days for production before shipment. This is not a delay — it is the standard. Quality takes time.

SHIPPING TIME — United States: 3–7 business days after production — International: 7–14 business days after production

TRACKING A tracking number will be sent to your email once your order ships. Allow 24–48 hours for tracking to update.

SHIPPING RATES Calculated at checkout based on destination and order weight.

IMPORTANT — Orders cannot be modified or cancelled after 24 hours of placement, as production begins immediately. — FRELIR is not responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs. — International orders may be subject to duties and import taxes upon delivery.
